The Rock Quarry is located in Land Between the Lakes on the east shore of Kentucky Lake at Mile Marker 30.  It is approximately 8 miles south of Kentucky Dam and less than 5 miles south of the canal that connects to Lake Barkley.  Some maps list the Rock Quarry as Pisgah Quarry since it is separated from Pisgah Bay only by a narrow strip of land.  Although most people visit the Rock Quarry by boat, you may hike from Hillman Ferry Campground in LBL.

The rock quarry is approximately 118 feet deep and has a rock ledge that is a popular cliff diving spot.  As you can barely see below, the rocks are covered in graffiti.  Take a look at THE ART to see just how artistic many of these paintings are!
